This was the first time that we worked with a cleaning company and we could not be happier. LAM Cleaning contacted us initially by email and then followed up by a phone call to understand what was important to us, the estimated time it would take and cost for a deep cleaning. Other companies only asked the size of the house and emailed an estimated cost (no phone call). Upon arrival and walk through, Mirsada indicated that she would complete all items discussed regardless of time, and she did exactly that and more. What a fantastic job and both my wife and I feel great that the house feels, looks and smells so clean. This is a great relief to us based on our work schedules and we are very thankful for Mirsada and LAM Cleaning. Immediately after the deep clean, we requested to be added to her schedule every few weeks. We highly recommend LAM Cleaning.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't try to hide it. I explain to my customers upfront that I'm raising my prices. I tell them that I'm moving with the market and with my level of expertise, which has increased since they first hired me. I still try to offer some form of bulk discount so they can save more by hiring me multiple times.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
have extensive background and training for working with elderly people, to professionally and compassionately communicate with people, as well as technical training on Windows and Microsoft programs. I prioritize and have training in time management
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have education for Patient Care Technician, EKG, Phlebotomy Technician and RN
