I would have given them a five star rating had a disaster not happened that was not really their fault, but could have been prevented by monitoring whether or not the pipe to the outside faucet had frozen over the winter, which it had. Thus, I had a leak in my basement onto brand new carpeting that will cost over 2000.00 to replace and for the basement to be properly dried out.. Insurance and other people said that this has happened a lot with power washers in general, so I think these services should give you a heads up and monitor for this occurring. So I think it would be in everyone's best interest to be alert to the possibility.
The best way to prevent it is to disconnect your hose before cold weather.
