- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A full consultation has to be done before they can be quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hold a consultation first with the client, via zoom or in person and do a skin and hair assessment. Afterwards, I come up with a game plan and we discuss ideas to finalize a look, and total up a price.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Graduated cosmetology in 2015, and was trained by iD Hair Owner Rod Sickler for 3 years
