Carlos came to my home to fix my central air unit. Upon arrival he did give me a courtesy call. Carlo did give me feedback or what I needed and what should be replaced. His work was excellent. I would definitely refer him to family and friends..

I would give Carlos 10 stars if I could! My A/C stopped working on Sunday morning - found this website and sent a request - got a reply from Carlos in 15 minutes and he was willing to stop by on a Sunday afternoon. Scheduled a time for today (8 am) and at 5 minutes to 8 he called to say he was stuck in traffic and going to be late - who does that? He gets it and he cares! Diagnosed my problem in a few minutes - need a part - picked it up and I was up and running again. He explained the whole process from start to finish - showed my the part that failed and the new part he replaced it with - did NOT try to up sell me anything but suggested that since I was not maintaining the unit (and it is 10 years old) that it would be a good idea - I readily agreed and he completed a tune-up and now I have peace of mind again. I will definitely be calling him in the Fall to check my furnace. He is the real deal and he gets it! Old fashioned values - I trust him and I wish him the best of luck with his business.
