- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge by project - NOT by the hour. We believe this allows for free communication without hesitation to reach out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start with the initial assessment to find out how bookkeeping, etc is currently handled, what software is being used, is catch-up/cleanup needed, how many bank accounts/credit cards need to be reconciled, whether there is payroll/inventory/tip tracking, and how often financial reports are needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in accounting since 2014. My experience started in hotels such as Hyatt, Marriott, Choice and Kimpton. I have also most recently been the Director of Finance for a mid-sized restaurant group in Chicago. I am working on my Master's Degree in Accounting at the University of Michigan so that I can sit for the CPA exam which will allow me to file returns for my clients moving forward.
