- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will always work with the customer. His recommendation is more valued to me than his money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Be friendly, but respectful. Make sure they understand what they want and need and help them achieve their goal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a 5yr apprenticeship diploma and over a decade of hands-on training. I am at this point lincensed as a plumber in the state of Illinois, I also have a CCCDI license (backflow devices) and the 10hr Osha safety training certificate.
