Our HOA decided to use the Plumbing Effects protection plan, and we couldnt be happier. The peace of mind after the inspection made it worth every penny! They found a couple of minor leaks that were addressed and fixed immediately. They noticed our faulty spigot outside and replaced it and our water bills definitely went down! They were able to recommend and install a new and efficient toilet in our main bathroom, they replaced a kitchen faucet and were even available to install a new refrigerator upon delivery. Its almost as good as being good friends with a plumber.

They responded incredibly fast, assessed the damage, and immediately got to work, minimizing what could have been a much bigger disaster. I called Luci I had an emergency he came before the time he said he would , explained everything he was going to do before he did it , very clean and professional, not only that he showed me what needed to be replaced instead of replacing unnecessary parts.
