I was told a time for when they would arrive to perform my service. Then I got a message asking me if it was OK for them to arrive an hour later, which I told them it was fine. After that I never heard from them again - and they never showed up at all. I sent two messages asking what was going on, and never heard anything back at all. Got totally ghosted! Had to call someone else to get the job completed
