Fantastic service! When my dishwasher wasn't working, I tried calling several repair companies for help, but no one stood out like Chicago Appliance Repair and Installation.Vlad was so nice on the phone, taking down notes about the problem and calling me back within 5 minutes to tell me when their technician could come out that same day. Little did I know Dimitri would show up just 45 minutes later to take care of the problem, including listening to what was going on, walking through what he was thinking, and noting what our next steps would be.These guys were so great! I can't thank them enough for their help.

We were having major issues replacing our front-loading washer gasket and Dmitrii was able to help us in no time and was extremely honest and professional.Chicago Appliance was great to work with from scheduling to finish and we would definitely use them again!!
