Bob came out incredibly quickly. He worked even faster. He was kind and efficient. I genuinely could not be more pleased. I already sent his info to my friend who also needs a repair done. I’d give him 10 stars if I could.

The actual technicians that showed up did a great job of testing the appliance and then explaining to me the diagnosis and why they needed to replace the part (igniter). English was their first language but they made sure I understood what was happening and why. My only gripe would be that when they called their manager I was informed that they had a fixed cost for repair not an hourly rate like app shows. I was charged a flat $200 labor fee to for the 20 - 25 mins of work.
