I’d like to correct my previous review. Vlad did arrive for the appointment, but no one was home. I’m out of the country and thought my wife would be there, but she had an emergency that I wasn’t aware of at the time. This was a misunderstanding on our side, and I’m sorry for the unfair review. NOVA Home Service showed up as scheduled, and I appreciate their time and effort.

I usally dont do reviews, but the tech that came out to fix my oven was great. He responded to my request(s) fast, and came on time when he said he would come. Also, he throughly explaind what the issue was and fixed it right away. I’m hiring these guys anytime i have appliance issues.
