Repair was completed quickly and he was a nice guy. Biggest complaint is that I was told about the service charge and that based on the description of my problem a part probably wouldn't cost much, but not told about the additional labor fee on top of the service charge, so it wound up being about $100 more than I thought.

Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Diagnosed problem with dryer, had parts on truck, and completed repair. I will def save their info for future repairs
