Yevgeny provided outstanding service and replaced my garbage disposal. He offered several different solutions. Was able go and get the new part; and keep us well informed on all the options. He cleared the line and ensured the dishwasher line was properly running as the lines are intertwined. He went above and beyond and checked in the next day to ensure it was running properly. Yevgeny was easy to work with. He was very responsive when scheduling. His price for installing 2 window units was fair (a bargain, actually). It took him less than an hour to install both a 4,000 and a 6,000 BTU unit. He was efficient and also took time to explain how to safely remove them at the end of the summer. I plan to hire Yevgeny for other appliance tasks.
