All financial details are primarily based on the hours of service and type of service, understanding the difference between non-alcoholic, beer & wine, and full bar service. It's just as important to understand the party volume to estimate adequate staffing to ensure a pleasant occassion.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to find out what are his/her expectations for the event and the dynamics of the occasion (i.e. birthday, anniversary, themed party, corporate gala, sporting social, etc).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over a decade of experience between sports venues, restaurants, catering, and working as a private bartender. Trained to handle mixology with a variety of liquors and ingredients.
