- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing typically covers my services. If you need additional items like ice, cooler’s or other where these come at an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before your event it would be great if we could either meet or speak to make sure all bases are covered and your expectations are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the service industry for over 20 years. I am also an actor and voice over professional so I take special pride in making sure each guest is comfortable and entertained.
