Best experience ever! As someone who had never hired a professional mixologist/bartender for a party before, I was unsure what to expect. Ryan knocked it out of the park! He curated a cocktail list for my friend’s bachelorette, had beautiful, fresh mixers and garnishes, provided printed, customized menus and created an overall 10/10 experience. My friends raved about him and the cocktails the whole night and I couldn’t be more pleased. Will definitely be hiring Ryan for future parties.

Matt & Ryan bartended a 25th anniversary party for my family & I - they were the highlight of the entire event by far! They were so professional, courteous and knowledgeable about all the cocktails they created. They helped me to develop a menu of delicious drinks, poured & distributed champagne for a toast & Chef Matt even helped cut the cake! Can’t believe we lucked out having them for our event - they’re the best in the business and we’d hire them again!

I recently experienced Ryan at an event and he was great! He was professional AND personable as a bartender. He created a drink for me after asking a couple questions and he nailed it! He also paired a drink with what I was eating and it was amazing!! I would highly recommend him for any event!

• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  Every event is different and I enjoy tailoring each one to the specific needs of the client and working withing their budget. Once I gather the relevant information, I'll provide a comprehensive quote to the client for the bartending services.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I like to start every request with a conversation over the phone to answer any questions and provide a few options that might work for the event. From there I'll write a custom beverage program that best serves the specific space and clientele and work with the host to make any changes necessary.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I have years of experience working in some of Chicago's best cocktail bars. In this profession, on the job experience is worth its weight in gold. I've been lucky to have trained under some of the industries best cocktailers and restauranters.
