Ryan is absolutely wonderful! He was extremely professional from the beginning to the end. Ryan made planning very easy, and he was great at customizing cocktails for my event. My guests loved every drink he made. His willingness to go and above to offer his assistance with other tasks during my event was very unexpected. Ryan offered to help me set up the centerpieces on the tables and decorate my mom's cake. He was truly a gem, and I could not be more thankful!! I definitely have no regrets! Ryan helped us with our house warming party. We ended up with larger guest list than RSVP. He handled all the details of the event. He took all the stress off of us and was very task oriented. His drinks were some of the best drinks we have had. He brought serving staff with him who went above and beyond to help serve food, drinks and dessert. Would recommend Ryan without hesitation.
Ryan bartended my backyard bridal shower on Sunday 6/30. He arrived on time, with all of his garnishes and a cooler full of ice, and was dressed for the "garden party" occasion :). I asked for light, refreshing, summery cocktails and he created a delicious custom menu of 3-4 cocktails. Our guests (including me) wanted to try every single one, because they all sounded so good! (and indeed they were). Everyone enjoyed his company and bartending skills and were already trying to book him for their upcoming private events - long story long, you need Ryan at your next party!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every event is different and I enjoy tailoring each one to the specific needs of the client and working withing their budget. Once I gather the relevant information, I'll provide a comprehensive quote to the client for the bartending services.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to start every request with a conversation over the phone to answer any questions and provide a few options that might work for the event. From there I'll write a custom beverage program that best serves the specific space and clientele and work with the host to make any changes necessary.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of experience working in some of Chicago's best cocktail bars. In this profession, on the job experience is worth its weight in gold. I've been lucky to have trained under some of the industries best cocktailers and restauranters.
