We had VPW staffing assist with two graduation events at our home, and the experience was outstanding both times. The staff arrived on time, fully prepared, and ready to help with whatever was needed. The ladies who worked our events were incredibly helpful with setting up, serving guests, cleaning up, and making sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day. Having their support allowed my husband and me to actually enjoy the celebrations instead of constantly worrying about hosting duties. Their professionalism, hard work, and positive attitude made such a difference. We truly appreciated having the extra hands and would absolutely recommend them for any event!

Had the best experience hiring VPW Staffing for our 4th of July party. Victoria was a pleasure to work with leading up to the event and Rebecca who was our bartender was fantastic. She arrived early, was so helpful for prep and set up, and ensured our guest had a great time. Rebecca was incredibly helpful when we had to the pivot the party inside when it started to rain! She was flexible and really helped in the moment so that our party could go on. Will definitely be hiring through VPW Staffing and hopefully with Rebecca for all our future events!

With 25+ years as an admin manager, I don’t give this kind of praise lightly: she arrived, immediately assessed the prep chaos, and brought order within minutes. She organized and presented the appetizers beautifully, stayed fully focused on every task, and kept us on schedule the entire evening.What impressed me most was how seamlessly she moved through each phase of the event—refilling appetizers, transitioning to dinner setup, and finishing with dessert—without ever needing direction. She also stepped in to guide friends who were helping, which made everything run smoothly and allowed me to actually enjoy the party.I will never host another event without VPW, and I will absolutely request Cynthia again.
