FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our projects based on the full scope of work, construction materials, and labor required — not guesswork. Our goal is to provide a clear, detailed proposal upfront so there are no surprise costs later. We are not the lowest-priced contractor on Thumbtack, but we focus on quality workmanship, proper construction practices, and organized project management. That often saves homeowners money in the long run by avoiding shortcuts or rework. There are no hidden fees. If something changes during the project, it is discussed and approved in writing before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and organized: Initial conversation – We review your project details and goals to make sure we’re a good fit. In-home consultation – We visit the space, take measurements, discuss layout options, materials, and answer your questions. Written proposal – You receive a clear, detailed scope of work with pricing and project outline. Scheduling & preparation – Once approved, we schedule the project, order materials, and prepare the space properly. Construction phase – We complete the work with structured project management, keeping the job site clean and you informed. Final walkthrough – We review everything together to ensure you’re fully satisfied. Our goal is to make the remodeling process predictable and smooth from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience in residential remodeling, with years of practical field training in bathroom, kitchen, and basement construction. We stay updated on modern building practices, proper waterproofing systems, electrical and plumbing standards, and current code requirements. In addition to real-world construction experience, we focus on continuous learning in materials, installation techniques, and project management to ensure every project is built correctly and professionally.
