That said, we normally receive reports back within 48 hours and always strive to keep clients updated. As we discussed, we issued you a full refund for the lab analysis and provided the report for free. We also offered to complete the remediation work at no charge in an effort to make things right. If there’s anything else we can do to resolve this for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
