- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We secure your date with a 30% deposit, but you can continue making payments on the remaining balance leading up to your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically it all starts with a conversation by email, phone or text. We check for event date availability. Discuss your type of event, theme, colors, etc. If we are a good match for each other we secure a date with a 30% deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a self taught Baker and a self taught chocolate confectioner but have taken baking classes, gourmet apple courses, jello art clases, ballooning classes, sanitation courses, decorating courses and are overall very crafty women!
