Noel was very responsive. He provided a quote to me via text and came out to do the work pretty quick. The job took a few days to complete but it was due to the flooring needed to completely dry before moving on to the next step. Overall, the floor was completed timely and I love it!!

Very responsive to messages. Scheduling was a breeze and he was very punctual. Did great work, he gave extra treatments on the stained areas at no additional cost (pet stains). Silva did an excellent job! I posted for bids then night before. He was here the next morning after a cancellation. Fantastic communication, accepted credit cards (most bidders required cash or check which seems INSANE to me in this day and age). The work was done beautifully, he clearly explained the process and what to expect in drying. Really fantastic experience! Wish we had taken “before” photos. The tenant left the house a mess. It also smells fantastic now.
