I'll take a class here and there just to see what's new and I subscribe to a lot of cooking magazines and have joined a few networks
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would always make pans of food for different parties and when guests at the parties started placing orders, I knew I was on to something.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I set up a lot of Buffets and Picnics.
