- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Accept the initial call. Get a budget for the event and build a menu based on that. Create an invoice via Paypal and send to customer. Receive deposit payment for event to lock in dates and times. Full payment due 2 weeks prior to the event. Services and food will be delivered with excellence the date of the event.
