Wow…what can I say?… EBE Heating and Cooling was referred to me by a co-worker and my experience was Amazing! My furnace had went out again after being service by another company and I was STRESSED OUT! So I contacted EBE and spoke with a technician by the name of Kevin, who was not only professional but also knowledgeable and prompt in his responses to my many questions. We set an appointment for the walk through and upon Kevin diagnosing the issue,… I new exactly what was causing the furnace to malfunction, the cost of the repairs and also the duration of the repair. My furnace is as good as gold now! Thanks Kevin and I hope I never have to see you again! 😄
