He got my A/C unit up and running, even though the problem was as simple as the switches been in the off position on my fuse box and he filled my unit with freon. My original appointment was at 6pm. He called to tell me he would be there around 7-7:30pm, but he didn't show up until 8pm. He didn't finish until after 9pm and I was charged different prices than what was quoted. On-line states that initial service fee was $79, he charges me $85 and he quotes me $70 for the freon but charged me $75. I had already written the check for the amount he charged me, so I didn't argue with him about the prices, but I wouldn't hire them again.

Sorry To her that Nicole, I'm Jim the marketing manager and spoke with you directly and made your appointment, I quoted you $99 for repair and gave you a -10 new customer discount and a -$4. promise to keep appointment discount. total cost $85.00 for repair, I explained that continue maintenance tune up is $79. The unit was broken and needed repair, "The tech arrive at 7pm and worked on Nicole unit over 2 hours!" it was not simply in the off position. ( we are talking about $6 dollars savings). Lets me honest it does not take 2 plus hours to hit a switch. FACT our appointments run from 9am-12pm or 1-5 pm all appointment schedule after 3 pm. After WORK appointments our scheduled by tech. Since I wrote my last feedback and it was suggested that it was actually a competitor HVAC company, I decided to include the messages that were sent to this company. The comment about the ladder is interesting because I clearly communicated prior that my townhouse has an elevated 1st floor, two stories and the person would need a very tall ladder. These guys really left me high and dry...Whomever reads this can make a call as to whether this is a competitor or infact a consumer: Hello, your technician came by (At 7:10) and filled freon at the furnace to some 'port' but could not get to the roof bc he did not have a tall ladder (he had a 17ft I think). Something happened and now the ac will not work, furnace will, bc it keeps shorting out. We really need this fixed in the morning as we have twin 11 month old babies and the house is getting pretty hot. Please contact me tonight or tomorrow morning to confirm what time someone will be here. I put in the notes on Thumback it's an elevated townhouse and a tall ladder would be needed so am frustrated that your team was not prepared to get the job done. Thu Jul 6 2:39 AM I'll need to hear a solution by 9 am tomorrow morning (Chicago time) because right now (230am) it is probably 80-85 degrees in my kids room and my wife is freaking out bc it's so hot in there. I need a solid confirmation that you will be here and will have the correct ladder and best attempt at correct supplies. If not, I will need to make an attempt at hiring another company to come out same day and hope I can get this arranged. First Feedback posted: I would not hire these guys again. I don't know if they even added coolant to the A/C unit, the next guy from a different company said he probably didnt.
