With over 10 years in the HVAC trade, I bring hands-on experience with both residential and commercial systems. I’ve maintained and serviced multiple commercial steam boilers up to 1,150,000 BTU for buildings with dozens of apartments, as well as installed steam boilers, hot water boilers, furnaces, and central air conditioners.
I trained at HVAC Technical Institute in electrical, advanced air conditioning, hydronic systems, and forced air heating. As an owner-operator, you work directly with me on every job.
My top priority is making sure your HVAC system runs safely to protect both people and property, while keeping it reliable and efficient.

Lester is incredibly knowledgable and will take the time to do this job properly. He is proactive with repairs but not trying to oversell you. He takes pride in his work and is very easy to work.

MechTech HVAC does quality work. The owner worked on our 100+ year old Oak Park home for 15 or more years. The owner is knowledgeable of hot water radiator heating systems as well as current heating and air conditioning systems. The owner is responsive to customer needs no matter the hour or weather conditions. Throughout the years that Mech Tech provided services at our home he maintained a professional manner at all times. We felt very comfortable in recommending Mech Tech to neighbors, colleagues and friends.
