Everything went extremely well! The Service Provider was on time! He let me know what he was going to look for when he got to my furnace but not before checking the thermostat. He serviced the furnace and purchased a thermostat for my home. He was very open about his services, friendly to my guests and explained what services he finalized at today's visit! Remember it's below freezing weather here in Chicago tonight! This wasn't a planned visit. He arrived 30 to 50 minutes after our first contact ever. I appreciate his energy so much!
