Calming Magic was able to meet the price I'd budgeted for and did a fantastic job with our move-out clean. They were super quick to respond throughout the process, and I'll definitely hire them again if I need cleaning services.

Excellent work and very professional. I am a realtor in the city and Calming magic was hired to clean a property after a tenant moved out. The condo was very dirty. Calming Magic’s team worked all day, unsupervised until the job was completed. They sent me pictures after thoroughly cleaning the condo from top to bottom. I was very pleased and will hire them again.

She Did An excellent Job. She showed up on time consistently. The work was always excellent and she was always a very good communicator. She’s responsive and did a great job cleaning. Her Company is very professional and Top notch. Ms.Shawntae came in like 3 tornadoes intent on getting the job done. I Will definitely hire her again. Highly recommended.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a variety of different prices for different projects, my prices can range based on the square footage, how many rooms, bathrooms, and what kind of floors the costumer have. Prices may varies on the condition of the property the costumers wants cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I will start by learning exactly what the costumer needs for me to clean, therefore I can learn how to provide them with the best service needed. In order for that to happen it will require messaging, pictures, and specific details.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years of experience in cleaning, I've been cleaning my whole life. I've worked for many cleaning company's, and that's what aspired me to start a cleaning company of my own. I've also went to Janitorial classes and gained a certificate.
