The process of receiving a quote with Taliah was fantastic. She's made everything easy to understand, and was quick with her responses. Unfortunately my company made other plans that resulted in me not using Green Element, I totally plan on referring this business to everyone I know that needs commercial cleaning to be done.

Taliah was communicative and easy to get a hold of while we scheduled our appointment. She showed up on time and was very receptive to any requests and specific areas we wanted her to focus on. She even went back and hand washed the kitchen floor and base boards a second time after our first walk through, without the slightest hint of attitude or protest! Great personality and great attitude. We will definitely be calling Taliah again!

Taliah is an extremely reliable person. From the first phone contact, she presented herself as a hard worker who understood what our needs were and was willing to help us achieve them. She and her team were on time, and went above and beyond to achieve a high standard of work. Our church kitchen was neglected and Green Element helped us make it sparkle even when our hot water heater went out! They adjusted admirably and continued to get the job done with cold water and without complaining! We intend to invite them back for our semi-annual cleaning of the kitchen. Taliah keep up the great work and awesome attitude!

I'm human resource manager at local Lincoln Park bar. After using several larger cleaning services, we tried few local options. we've found our bar is clean and services are affordable.
