- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer both hourly and flat rates for many of our services. We have a pricing table based on three main categories. Drop-off, In-home, and remote. We offer almost all of our services in all three categories. We offer basic tune-ups starting at $14.99 and prices go up from there which range from diagnostics, virus removals, software installations, network setups. Computer setups, data backup and recovery services etc.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Usually troubleshooting, system optimization and Virus removals. Most customers haven't been shown how to keep their computer up and running in tip top shape so they often wait until its almost unusable before seeking help with it. This makes it a more costly repair but once shown how to keep it from getting to that point they can save a lot of money.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be sure that they are experienced in their field and not just a student looking to make a quick buck. Talk to them about the issue you are having and see if they are able to explain possible reasons or the situation in a way that you understand. If they can't explain anything to you in a way that you're able to understand or unwilling to explain what they can do for you, you may want to look elsewhere.
