If I could say one thing about Patrick he’s 10 stars not 5. One thing that I can say is that I will never ever trust the big computer company’s again. Patrick Company has saved our company THOUSANDS of dollars that the other I Net companies where taking from us. One of the best things in 2019 was meeting Patrick. If you feel your computer company is not doing what they tell you and you keep paying them more money with no results please call Patrick and see all the money he can safe you. He’s a honest and trustworthy business man. If your not doing business with Patrick your throwing good money away. I am a honest business person that I had to say what I feel about Patrick. Eschelon was prompt (minutes!) when I requested their in- home service. Eschelon offered next day service. They were knowledgeable about my questions. I know it would have been a great encounter because when I called to cancel since I was able to solve myself, Eschelon was gracious enough to return my call and patiently talked me through my discoveries. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I usually prospect the client correctly, then offer various solutions with Reasons why they fit the clients needs. Once we determine the solution it is in our best interest to document the procedure of their solution.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a degree in computer science and hardware engineering. I also hold numerous certifications from various institutions like Microsoft, Cisco, Apple and security. We also do business consulting being an owner of three successful businesses not only do I know what it takes to run a business but I know how to scale solutions for long-term growth that will cut costs long-term.
