A common liquid spill service includes examining the outer surface of the computer, checking the keyboard, ports, speakers & vents as well as the inside of the computer. We look for any erosion, stains, burning of components from electric shock from the liquid during initial contact, and any tripped liquid sensors. Once the physical examination has been completed and the computer is eligible for a successful clean up we then begin cleaning the entire surface area of the computer, removing the parts, dusting out, and cleaning up every area that was contacted by liquid. The clean up process can take between 24-48 hrs. This includes computer testing before and after the clean up unless the computer shows no signs of power, which then in that case testing will be very limited.
