- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A consultation fee of $35 will be applied to all consultations, however, the fee will be waived if the service is rendered.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a chat with the new customer to get a feel for what they need and try to understand their vision to put it on a design.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you are as specific as possible. We are graphic designers.... not mind readers 😁
