We began as a small family business in 2008 in Chicago, Illinois. From our beginnings as a real estate investment fund renovating single family homes and commercial properties, we expanded into curing construction violations.
We bring properties that have failed inspections up to code. Obtaining a permit to do so mandates we keep the proper licenses (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and insurance (General Liability and Worker's Compensation).
Each violation is itemized separately so clients can select how to best calculate their budget. Pricing is divided into material cost and labor expenses for better transparency.
