Gilda came to home gone to give a CPR class to my nanny and me. She did an excellent job, was on time, and answered all questions easily. My parents have since hired her as well as I would recommend her. She knows infant, toddler, and adult CPR.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing starts at 55 dollars, up to 75 dollars. I do group rates for medium to large classes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to introduce myself to the client; listen to their needs and do my best to meet and exceed their needs. That is so important to me. I want my clients to come away being amazed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I will be attending the AHA update conference and classes in December 2015.
