Ivan repaired some trim and baseboard pieces that had to be removed during some electrical work. They were in rough shape and he did a great job salvaging them. He also patched some holes In the wall. He was friendly, communicative, well prepared and did excellent work. Even came by a day before to take measurements. Will call him again!

The remodeling team had done a wonderful job on fixing the ceiling in multiple rooms where the ceilings are made of old plaster. They used drywall and Easy Sand material to patch the ceiling. The ceiling looks fantastic with a super smooth look. Painting the entire room gave the ceiling that perfect look. There was a large and wide decorative brick in the fireplace which had a crack between the bricks on the lower right. Most construction companies would have patched the brick and moved on. The team had carefully pushed the wide brick back about 3/4” to make an inset look. This made it look even nicer than before. Thanks for paying close attention to these important details. It is appreciated. I would recommend this team to this kind of work and will be working with them again.
