- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts with an initial phone call, video call, or in person meeting to get to know them. I take them through how the booking process works and we go through my easy to use event planning Google Doc. Call, text, and online communication follows. A meeting within a month of the wedding finalizes their information.
