- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our dog care prices are based on how frequently you use the service. If you use us for dog walking five days a week or more we reward you with the lowest rates of pretty much any professional service in Chicago. Dog walks start at only $12! Our cat care prices are standard and start as low as $15.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a free meet and greet in the client's home so we can meet their pets and get to know what their individual needs are. Each animal is different and each client can expect us to tailor our services to whatever their preferences are. We work hard to accommodate our clients' various schedules and work with their pets on any issues they would like us to work on. From socialization and separation anxiety to physical problems and administering medications, we've helped with it all. Each client is given an online account where they can login and schedule a service, view their current schedules, and pay their current bills.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are certified with the National Association of Professional Petsitters or NAPPS. We have participated in basic dog training classes. In 2016 we will be pursuing our dream of becoming professional dog trainers as well.
