- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard rates are listed though we do offer our Monday - Friday customers a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A good conversation to get to know our customers and their pets! First thing first we require a scheduled Meet and Greet with all new clients prior to scheduling service. If the Meet and Greet is a success we recommend a test week of services prior to agreeing to any long term service commitments.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our employees have a life time of experience working with household pets from birds, cats, dogs and a verity of amphibians. Some of our staff are a little more experienced with farm animals, exotics and even wild animals. All of our staff is required to maintain updated Pet First Aid and CPR training.
