I contacted Chris for a second look for a project that was quoted to me for 3k. Chris took a different approach and was able to address the root cost of the issue for 10% of the cost. I would highly recommend Chris for any projects.

Chris was one of the responses to our request. He gave us an assessment of the issues and an estimate right away. Later, he wrote up the work just like we discussed. We agreed on the estimate and on a date to perform the work. He was punctual and definitely knows his plumbing and did a fine job. He answered our questions with respect and listened to our concerns. He adhered to wearing a face covering, gloves and shoe coverings. We appreciated that he changed new foot coverings every time he left the house.

Chris was great. I emailed him late night about a p-trap replacement needed for my bathroom sink. He replied promptly and kindly - not in the rushed, 100 miles per hour way that most contractors do. He came the next morning. Did the job very efficiently and well. Communicated with me clearly about what the issues were and how to approach them (without being pushy or alarmist like most contractors who treat every repair like DEFCON 4 to drum up business). Was honest and very reasonable about pricing. No complaints at all. I recommend Chris without any reservation!

I had an unexpected condition where water could not be shut off to the building right away. Chris came out and offered a pipe freeze solution to eliminate a couple of the needed water lines. He was able to complete the job on the spot and was very patient with all my questions. His expertise, knowledge and profesionalism are top notch. Highly recommened and I will use him going forward for all my plumbing needs.

The use of job specific specialized equipment will come with an specified flat rate for that particular piece of equipment.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I look at the each project before any price is given. No estimates will be given for anything sight unseen, even if a picture is submitted by the potential client. I take the time to make sure all work is done correctly and accordingly to the City of Chicago's plumbing code.
