Came in, diagnosed the problem, and provided a prompt solution. My dishwasher is back up and running thanks to Ricardo. He even went the extra mile and ran to Menards for a part he needed and didn’t charge me any extra. Beyond this, we talked for a few minutes and he answered some other plumbing questions I have.
