I was up in the middle of the night thinking about how I lived in my home over 20 years and never cleaned the dryer air ducts. I went to this app not expecting anyone to respond at the time I was inquiring but Matthew did. He was very responsive. We set up a time for him to come out, he arrived early. Prior to that, he had followed up with text reminders. He came out, had shoe covers on to enter my home and he did his work, explained it and was very thorough. He provided me his business card. I won't let another 20 years go by as Matthew explained, it can cause fires and other things. I recommend him. Thanks again.

Great fast service. Explained the process and did a great job cleaning out the vent. Ran the dryer as a final test. Also wore booties which my wife loved. Will be hiring him again when needed.

while matthew wasn't able to do the job i was hoping (because of my house/not him), he had quick availability, was punctual, great communication, and was able to get my cover setup so i could get back in business with laundry. i probably should have hired him sooner...but i got to experience the bird nest funk/dirt/cleaning part myself. he did a quick check to make sure i got everything and hooked up my new rigid dryer exhaust duct too. i really appreciate the quick turnaround and great customer service!
