This was the absolute worst service I’ve ever received. Never again. I support anyone who is trying to work hard however, you have to know how to move furniture as well. We needed up just dumping everything because they couldn’t get our things into the cargo van they brought. Furthermore, I informed him what we were moving and he insisted that I was lying about everything I told him. We started to say no when he showed up with a cargo van for everything we told him. It was a headache. Now we have to buy all new furniture because we couldn’t continue with this service.

I’m sorry this happened to you ma’am the goal of the company is to satisfy our customers to d Best. You said it was very urgent cause y’all movers bailed out on you guys we had to our best to get there ASAP and Yu had us waiting like 20 minutes outside Ma’am You said you didn’t have a lot of stuff and I called you You Before I booked the uhaul, on me getting there we had to go to the 6 floor and moving to another apartment which was 3 floors you had 2 couch which You never told us ma’am we didn’t destroy your stuff we were willing to do 2 trips even with the van because You were only going like 7 minutes away the reason for dumping is y’all choice ma’am not that anything was destroyed
