My job…He showed up but my chandelier was never installed due to not having the proper tools to do work…I dont own a ladder, and he didnt bring one..Time wasted like 3 hours trying to use my step ladder…Lesson learned…I think hes a nice person, has patience, but inconvenienced me tremendously…
