S&J to the rescue! We needed a circuit breaker diagnosed and replaced after another electrician “patched it together.” Come to find out it was “patched” in a dangerous way. William diagnosed the problem and fixed it properly and safely all in a few minutes. He was a delight to work with, responsive, prompt and friendly. I had an excellent experience with S&J Electrical Designers & Contractors. They installed my TV inside the wall with a recessed box, handled all the electrical work, and mounted the TV perfectly. Everything looks clean, seamless, and professionally done.
They were extremely knowledgeable, you can tell they really know their craft. They explained what they were doing, made sure the electrical work was safe and up to code, and took their time to get every detail right. The recessed box, wiring, and the final mount all look flawless.

My pricing is always based on the specific scope of work, materials needed, and the complexity of the project. Before any work begins, I provide a clear, written estimate so there are no surprises. I believe in transparent pricing, so clients understand exactly what they are paying for and why.
Because every home and project is different, pricing can vary depending on existing conditions, code requirements, and accessibility. I always take the time to explain the options available, so clients can choose a solution that fits both their needs and their budget.
My goal is to deliver high-quality, code-compliant work at a fair and honest price, with a focus on long-term safety and reliability rather than quick, temporary fixes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process begins with listening to the client’s needs and understanding the scope of the project. I then perform a thorough evaluation of the existing electrical system, discuss the available options, and provide honest recommendations along with a detailed written estimate. Once approved, I schedule the work at a convenient time, complete the job using quality materials and code-compliant installation practices, and keep the client informed throughout the process. Before considering the project complete, I test all installed equipment, clean the work area, answer any questions, and ensure the client is completely satisfied with the finished result.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed a five-year union apprenticeship through Local 134 and earned a two-year degree in Low Voltage Systems. Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of learning from highly skilled journeymen and master electricians, whose mentorship helped shape the knowledge, craftsmanship, and attention to detail I bring to every project.
