FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a $150 service call, which includes coming out to diagnose the issue and evaluate the electrical work needed. For larger projects, pricing depends on the scope of work, materials, and installation requirements. I always explain the cost before starting any work so there are no surprises
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with discussing the issue or project with the customer and reviewing any photos or details they provide. If needed, I schedule a service call to diagnose the problem and evaluate the electrical system. After assessing the work, I explain the solution and provide a clear price before starting. My goal is to complete the job safely, efficiently, and leave the area clean when finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional electrical training and hands-on field experience working with residential and commercial electrical systems. My background includes installing circuits, troubleshooting electrical issues, panel work, lighting installations, and ensuring systems meet electrical code and safety standards.
