Leonardo not only responded quickly, he came out and was efficient in his work. He made sure the outlet outside was the correct outlet (the previous owner had an interior outlet covered with electrical tape) and even fixed the cord that had been chewed through. I will definitely be using him again and have already recommended him to a friend.
