- What types of customers have you worked with?
First, I evaluate a client's speech/language with a complete North American Accent evaluation. The process takes 1.5 hours, approximately. This process is video-taped, and reviewed carefully after the client leaves the office for the first time. An exact Accent Modification Plan is drawn up, which is specific for that client.
