FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I start by getting to know them and their vision for the shoot. I ask about their comfort level in front of the camera, any specific shots they have in mind, and the overall mood or aesthetic they're aiming for. From there, I offer location suggestions that fit their style and help bring their ideas to life. I also confirm all the details the day before the shoot to ensure everything runs smoothly and everyone feels prepared. Overall, I try to keep my services free flowing and easy going.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a B.A. in Film & TV Production, which has played a major role in shaping my approach to photography. My background in filmmaking allows me to create cinematic, story-driven stills with a strong sense of composition, lighting, and narrative. This training has given me a unique creative edge and the ability to bring a visual story to life through every shoot.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for photography began over 10 years ago when I needed product photos for my Etsy shop. That sparked a genuine love for capturing visuals, and I’ve been honing my skills ever since. Over the years, I’ve grown from shooting digital to exploring the artistry of analog formats like 35mm and 120mm film, continually expanding both my technical ability and creative perspective.
